"BofA has clearly designed the entire retail experience to discourage the use of human tellers. Only one actual teller, a useless greeter in the lobby whose only job is to encourage you to use an ATM, usually a manager who pops out occasionally but not actually service anybody, sometimes a trainee who just delays the one real teller, and several people in glass offices who are never meeting with any clients."

"I almost didn’t turn up for our appointment after reading the reviews here. But glad we did anyway. There was ample parking. Everyone from the greeter to the teller seems nice and the specialist, Bahar, who helped us open an account was very professional and friendly."
