"-50 Stars ! Although I was seen right away the Dr. was the most condescending, narcissistic, down right crude Doctor I have EVER seen! I was told to go to the ER by my Doctors nurse, this Dr. made me feel like I was a waste of his time, like I was 5 years old being punished. He was rude, didn't let me get a word in edge wise, actually had me in tears! It is Feb 6th and I have had several issues since Jan 2. Not only was I exhausted from next to no sleep this man , who has ZERO bedside manner, did absolutely nothing but belittle and argue with me. His name is Dr.Frank Szatkowski and I am warning everyone now.I will NEVER go to this ER again and I am not done. I am filing complaints on every level I possibly can."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband has been in twice now for the same issues. This last time he went in due to vomiting blood (and per his PCP instructions) and was told they couldn't help him. The time before that they also told him they couldn't help him and to come back in 2 weeks if he wasn't better. What's the point of Mukwonago even having an ER if they can't help you with anything?"

"The care we received in the Emergency Room was excellent! I would have given 5 stars based on that. The reason I am giving 3 is because they disregarded all the information we gave about our insurance and apparently marked us as uninsured and then received giant bills weeks later which resulted in over 90 minutes of phone calls and wasted time which could have been avoided if they would have done their job correctly. Not all insurances have insurance cards, more training needs to be done with their admin staff. Again, the medical care was excellent just frustrated about administration."

"My mother waited in their waiting room for two hours with appendicitis and it took them an hour and forty five minutes to even triage her. I work in the medical field, this is grossly negligent. With her symptoms, it could have also been a heart attack but they didn't even bother to run an EKG even though she had upper abdominal and left shoulder pain."

"Seen for an injury on ankle, I told doctor that injury happened out of nowhere not knowing how it could have happened as it happened as I was sitting. He said he never heard of an injury happening from doing nothing except for like headaches. I was on the website for this hospital and it says “When it’s your turn, you’ll go to a treatment room. There, you’ll talk with a nurse and a doctor, physician assistant or nurse practitioner about your symptoms. Your doctor will examine you, and may recommend blood tests or imaging tests to get more information about your condition.“ The Dr told me only my primary physician can order me an mri, I told him I went here to get an mri as I believe the injury to be Posterior tibial tendon injury (posterior tibial tendonitis) as it was all the same symptoms as I am going through, he wrote it up and told me he thinks it’s a sprain. I asked how can I sprain my ankle while sitting on a recliner, he said he doesn’t know and told me to see my primary physician and offered me crutches which I took. He didn’t give me any suggestions on what to do for work, rest, only told me not to use heat. My blood pressure was 177/90, he said nothing about this either. Worst emergency experience I’ve ever had. Went to get treatment, they say see your primary dr so he can order an MRI, pointless visit."
