"I am a client at this farmers insurance and I called to ask how much the insurance would be if I changed my car to a newer one so I gave him a specific car so he can check the price. But immediately he said that he cannot check that and I was just confused. How am I suppose to know how much I’ll be paying for a new car I am planning to get and want to stay with my insurance. And another thing, he asked how I got his phone number? It is posted on your website like every other insurance company : ) . I asked just a simple question that would’ve took 5 minutes tops. Just very confused and had to share my experience. Thank you."
