"Never coming back. Waiting room is more like a barber shop/DMV with how packed and noisy it is. I had a 10:15 appointment. I waited until 11:30 and still nothing. I had to literally ask for my copay to be refunded because I had other appointments to go to and things to take care of. WHATS THE POINT OF SETTING AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY WONT RESPECT YOUR TIME AND SCHEDULED TIME WITH THEM?? All I needed was blood test results read to me. But they also make it so difficult to get anything done. Very disorganized."
"Do not come here. The person at the front desk does not know how to read English. Could not get treatment because receptionist thought the card said its expiration date was 2018 when in fact she was pointing to the "Eff", short for effective date which was 2018. The insurance card nowhere says "Exp" or Expired on my card. Looking at the reviews this place is losing business due to incompetent staff. Smh."
"I received a voicemail directed to a patient of this office. The office mistankely left some medical coverage information in my voicemail for their patient. I phoned the office to inform them I had received a message in error and would like to inform the Hana Office caller that the intended Patient did not receive the message. The answering receptionist insisted I provide my name to be transferred. I had already explained I was attempting to help correct a mistake and my name was not required. This answering RECEPTIONIST repeatably demanded I give my name and I repeatably said I was not going to give it because it was not needed. I heard enough stubbornness to believe it would be difficult for me to do business with this group."
