"I have done an "implant" a week ago by Dr. Michael Han at Star 28 Dental at Beach blvd. l am 69 yrs old and this was my very first implant. My primary concerns about implant surgery were: Quality of work, Cost, and Fear of pain. I am writing this review because I want to say a few words to share while my memory still fresh. Let me just say, Dr Han is well aware of my pocket economy with NONE of his work quality for my implant compromised in anyway. I had to go through blood-draw for extracting protein tissue from it to use it for ideal bonding of implant to surrounding gum after bad molar taken out. Apparently, it was an unexpected extra cost to me towards my slight pre-diabetic condition. When I expressed my cost-concern Dr Han went ahead doing it anyways for the best result of my implant quality. Also, I had no worrying of pain during procedure after good anesthetic prepping; besides, Dr Han kept asking me every step "any pain?" to confirm my easiness. I am currently following 3-days liquid diet and 10-days diet watching required before another check-up of the healing process in two weeks with Dr. Han again. Julie has been a very helpful and kind staff from the day 1 throughout the whole process so far as well as a few other staffs who kindly helped. I am looking forward to the remaining work to be complete while having successful healing process. Thanks to Star28 dental team for amazing experience!!"
