"We went there for Baconfest. I’ve been there for conferences. The property is clean and beautiful. We tried using our credits but later discovered we had to put our own money in to use the $20 credit. That was kind of a bait and switch."
"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were emaculate, and it also had a very pleasant smell. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave. The room is spacious, and there are a variety of dining options. It's a nice place for a quick getaway."
"Stunning rooms for the price, especially when comped for frequent play! Regarding casino and hotel, hospitality can be a hit or miss. Some employees go out of their way to assist/accommodate, and other employees should probably be in a different role. Exciting casino and hotel renovations, with several, new food court options, make this a worthwhile stop."
"I will NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here again!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER come drop another penny here again!! I was already having a bad stay due to the airline losing my luggage. I came back here on night number 2 ready to get out of my 2 day old clothes and order room service. Room service was unavailable at 7pm, even though they didn't close until 10pm. I asked guest services if I could order door dash and if they'd allow them to deliver up to my room, the lady said yes that the dasher just needed to get an elevator pass from the front desk. Great. Dasher gets here and calls me and some man starts yelling at me that I have to come downstairs and get my food, the dasher is not allowed to come upstairs to bring to my door. The man said he was the bellman. Mind you, I said hello and he started straight in yelling at me. To the point I wasn't to cry!! I call guest services, spoke to someone new, another man who said he was a supervisor when I asked to speak to management. He said he wasn't sure who I talked to. They had my food but no one to bring it to my room. I don't know how many times I have to tell someone my luggage is lost and don't have clothes to put on to come downstairs. I'm already feeling down without my luggage, not I spend $50 on food I can't get, and got yelled at by a bellman and a front desk lady. The supervisor at guest services said their too busy downstairs and he had no one to bring it too me. Didn't even seem to care to make it right. I loved this casino and hotel right up until this experience. I just started coming here 8 months ago and already have earned hundreds of dollars in free play and comps, so I'm a heavy spender. This casino will not get another cent from me after this experience. Didn't even care that his bell man yelled at me right off the jump."
"One of the very best casino's I have ever played at. All around me I constantly heard bonus rounds going off. They actually pay out on bonus rounds, and I had a blast all day....great payouts. I could have walked out WAY ahead. But I was having too much fun. I came to have fun. A few extra hundred I gave back was 1000% worth having the fun of hitting bonuses. No doubt I will be back to play, when I return to Milwaukee next month. Honestly the best casino I have ever been to."
