"The issue is 4 decades long. The intersection of Valley Street and 4th street where the last 30 yards of Valley Street to C street is an eye sore, plus, as I remember, the Complaining Entity was a Man names Scott Hickman who wanted to block that portion of Valley Street so that his Son could safely Skateboard. The Consequences? Well the Yield Sign was on 4th Street, a natural and traffic engineering approved traffic flow. Now! The Yield sign is on Valley Street, and having to clear our views from the Right side was difficult then, now it's nearly Impossible since the property owner whose property that is in between Valley Street and 4th Street has trees and bushes too high to see any traffic coming down 4th street towards C street, which blindly crosses Valley Street. Zermeno, I've called you trice about this dangerous issue! This City isn't you Fiefdom, Zermeno, it's time for you to Resign and retire in your Hometown of Santa Barbara! The other Dangerous traffic issue is still in that Area-- the tendency of Valley Street being a Drag- Strip needs to end... Speed Bumps are needed! Again, Zermeno... we have made clear and longstanding call to you, and you just poo, poo us!"
