"Worst 7/11 I have been to. Twice now they have told me that my Google pay was not working and had to pay cash. Later finding out that my Google pay was charged. I was there on 12/13 and had this issue again. I spoke to whoever was in charge that night and showed him the charges in my account. He wrote on the receipt that, "if the charges were still there the next day they would reimburse me." I reported it to my bank and was told the charges could not be disputed because they were still pending. I waited a couple days and the charges were still on my account. I contacted the store and they told me they had nothing to do with that and could not give me the owner's name nor contact information. They told me take it up with my bank. I am wondering if this is a scam they run on people who do not pay attention to their finances. When I asked to speak to the guy I spoke to that night who also wrote the promise to reimburse me. They said, conviniently, that guy went on vacation a week ago. Then corrected themselves and said he went on vacation 3 days ago and even if he was there they were not going to do anything about it. Horrible store and a bunch of thieves."

"Do not order from this store on Door Dash. I have had items shorted before and substituted without my permission. I've since switched to Grocery Outlet in Hayward and they get the order correct all the time."

"If you want warm beer and cold food this is the place to go. Customer service is invisible here, I try to give them a chance being the nearest 711, but I had up to here with them."
