"Twice ive called them and twice they never showed up. After an hour of waiting AFTER the 20-30 minute window they said they needed. Better off walking than taking these guys."

"I called this taxi company 31 minutes ahead of the time I needed a ride. I asked if they could be there and was told ok.10 minutes after their scheduled arrival time, I called because they hadn't shown up. I was told the driver would be there in a minute. Another 10 minutes passed and no driver. I gave up and started walking. About 6-7 minutes later, I got a call saying the driver was lost. The original pick up place was 2.7 miles away from their company according to Google. It was a Starbucks on a main street easily found on Google. I would point out I don't live in Gilroy and I was able to find Starbucks. This company left me stranded, failed to show for 56 minutes, and claimed the driver was lost in the small city they are located in. I do not recommend depending on them to provide service in a timely manner."

"I needed to go to Walmart. Didn't know they change their hours. But my driver did and he still took me over there dropped me waited for me to call him back because Walmart was closed and then charge me for the ride back so I paid twenty bucks for absolutely nothing what a rip off. Last time ill be calling these cheap skates for sure"
