"This UPS store location inside (Nob Hill) is my go to location for amazon returns as well as shipping personal items and I must say around Gilroy area this by far is THE BEST UPS Location around! Why? The people who works here especially Adrian accepts packages without hesitatitons especially for bulkier item that needs to be packed and ship and he is very accommodating, most of all VERY HELPFUL! and never ever gave untoward attitude unlike the (Lady in her 50's) who works at 10th St. Location! There is sometime a lady clerk who also works here, I do not see her here often or perhaps not the time when I am dropping off something but she is helpful and nice as well. But the main guy (young guy) who works here is very efficient, knowledgeable and has willingness to help evertytime! UPS hired great people in this location and they are a great asset to UPS!"
