"I had to select one star because that is the minimum option. If they allowed negative stars that would be more accurate. Horrible experience all around at the madison location. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! They have employee turnover and multiple different people come and go who don't even have a license. They train kids to become a real licensed provider one day and sell it as if they really make any difference. They charge you a ton of fees for even being 5 minutes late but can cancel you last minute with no consequence. Plus they only have one licensed ABA therapist on premise who is very hands off. My kid was a client for 5 years and the terrible business practices and shadiness needs to be investigated further. Something is suspect and needs to be investigated. You've been warned."

"My son has been getting therapy with KGH for two years now. Before that he was with a different company for two years. I will say that KGH is leaps and bounds ahead of the game when it comes to having well trained staff and keeping up with my child's quickly evolving needs. My son has made so much more progress with KGH than he did with the other company. I'm truly grateful we switched to this company. Best decision we have ever made for him."

"While the quality of the care is wonderful when it's given, this location has been hemorrhaging staff at all levels. There are reviews on Glassdoor and indeed that provide a pretty clear and consistent picture of what is going on. Avoid this place, unless you have a vast support system, a stay at home parent in your house, and drop-in daycare at the ready, or months of PTO stashed aside. You will be called on a weekly or daily basis about schedule fluctuations and needing to pick up your child at odd hours."

"Two of my children were KGH kids for about three years, until our insurance was no longer compatible. There are so many wonderful people working at KGH; in fact, they are all wonderful. I think about them all often, and I wish that I had an adequate way to express the gratitude I feel for the impact that they’ve had on my children’s lives and futures. The people of KGH have been my allies, advocating and fighting for my children when I felt that no one else cared or understood our situation. For my children, they’ve been teachers, play mates, friends, helpers of all things. My children thrived at KGH and learned skills that they will take with them every day of their lives. And through all of it, KGH was always evidence driven in their approaches, providing colorful charts and 40 page documents that showed how far my children had come and what their next steps would be. Never once did any person at KGH make me feel that my children had limitations. And though there were frustrations with waitlists and insurance at times, it was worth it, and I genuinely think that they accommodated my family more than what was probably reasonable sometimes. If you have the option to have your child be a KGH kid—do it."
