"Dr. Cahill is an outstanding physician. She has been caring for my daughter for many years, and always takes the time to answer our questions, understand our concerns, and help us make informed decisions for the best care. As my daughter has gotten older, she continues to feel comfortable talking to Dr. Cahill about her health questions and needs. Dr. Cahill is warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable, we are so grateful for her!"
"My only two visits with associated physicians were terrible. During my first visit I was asked to fill in several forms for my kid which I already filled in online one day before the visit. My daughter's medical record from previous pediatric was not pulled over and she cannot take any vaccination because of that. I was told a nurse will call back to schedule her vaccination which I never hear back. My second visit was due to my daughter's fever. The doctor examined the possible ear infection after removing her ear wax. She was treated urinary catheter to examine the possible urine infection and the two nurses could not do it after trying two times. I had to drop by again the next day. Eventually she recovered by herself. Two weeks later I got a 160 dollars bill in which 120 dollars was for removing her ear wax. I felt it was not that reasonable since the purpose of the visit was to figure out the reasons of her fever. I contacted billing office and main office several times and I was told that is because the service of removing ear wax belongs to deductible of my insurance. I tried to express my concerns and no one was willing to help. I gave up and paid the bill. I feel like it is a waste of my time and I have two kids to care for. I also switched to another pediatric which I believe cannot be worse than associated physicians. Be sure to remove your kid's ear wax before your visit."
"Amazing guy and doctor! He’s so good not only with our son, but he also validates the parents and makes sure that we feel heard as well! I always know that we’re in good hands with Dr. M!!"
"Dr Birschbach was kind and professional. She seemed to care about going a good job and being a good person, always checking for my consent and explaining the process before proceeding. She really listened to what I said and cared about what was important to me about my visit. Definitely would recommend."
"Like other reviewers, we are long-time pediatrics patients and are disappointed with the quality of follow up and availability of pediatrics visits over the past year. Moving to the model of only having access after hours to out of state nurses and very limited contact possible with my children's doctor is disconcerting and disappointing. When my son had a potential UTI earlier this year, I was told by an out of state nurse that if I did not immediately take him to urgent care that he might DIE. Nice bedside manner. I did report this situation to AP and they apologized later. Today, my husband called for a Saturday appointment at 8:00 am since they have Saturday hours when my son had been ill with high fevers for three days and he was told go to urgent care, we are too busy for him. If this was a one-time situation, I would understand, but our experiences of appointment availability and access to AP nurses and doctors (instead of farmed-out nurses in distant states) are becoming the driving factor in an overall negative impression. This is sad, because the doctors at Associated Physicians are WONDERFUL but know if you are looking for a new pediatrician that you will have a challenging time actually getting regular access to your child's doctor."
