"This is an updated review. Dr. Bohannan and his staff provide a first-rate oral surgery experience. Very professional, high quality work, I'm very happy with the extraction and implant that he did on me. My original review was mixed because there was an ugly billing situation where his office stopped being in-network with my insurance carrier in between the two appointments of my two-step procedure (which had to be separated by several months to allow the first procedure to heal before he did the second.) That change in their business contracts would have cost me a significant additional unplanned expense. However, when they heard about the dilemma, they agreed to provide the originally planned service at the originally quoted price. I appreciate their willingness to make the situation right."
