"Place is ridiculous. Never received a bill, straight to collections. I called them several times to request why a bill was never sent, always goes to voicemail and they do not call back. What a joke, do not use this place!"

"This place is likely a scam, I live in Iowa and never have been to Milwaukee in my life. Received a $95.00 bill from here for services not explained. $95.00 seems to be a theme for poor saps like me who are getting a bill from their collections agency. Either this place doesn't exist and this whole operation is a scam . . . or these people are so incompetent that I am inclined to think a practicing radiologist office is a scam center. Edit: As of right now they are working with me, apparently I was billed without an address. A bill from 2020! Still never been here but apparently they work with my provider(?)"

"I never received the invoice for outstanding payments from this company even I never received a collect notice from a debt collector for a bill. Later I came to know from my Bank's credit score report that dept collectors/this company kept derogatory marks on my credit score, it badly impacted my credit score, dropped 35 points on credit score. This company and Dept collectors never sent me the bill/invoice/dept collection notice. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had :("

"My son received a notice from a debt collector for a bill from this company but we never received the invoice. The insurance company never received the claim from them either. I called them and they said I had to call the debt collector to get them to file the claim which is something that they should have handled in the first place. They seem pretty disorganized and unprofessional. I would recommend staying away from them if possible."

"If I ever need a cat scan again in my life, I would rather just risk long term brain damage than deal with this company. For first time in my life, I received a call from A COLLECTIONS AGENCY saying I owe roughly $200 to this organization. I paid it and then called to ask why in hell I was never informed of any balance due. I was told multiple invoices were mailed to me, of which I NEVER RECEIVED. And a follow-up discussion about how they left MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS ON MY PHONE, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. FIX YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT. NOW. UNREAL. I actually want a refund for WASTING MY TIME."
