"On Feb. 14, I had a MRI scheduled and after 1 minute, I had to terminate the MRI due to claustrophobia. I’ve never experienced this before and Sue quickly came and reassured me that it was alright and gave me several option moving forward. MH Imaging was kind enough to reverse my payment. I contacted my doctor who prescribed some medication to combat my anxiety. I rescheduled for Feb. 20 and made it through the MRI. Mary Beth took care of me from beginning to end and Sue was there to congratulate me following the procedure. Both were kind and reassuring throughout my experiences at MH Imaging. Gracie in the office even waited until I completed the MRI before payment was processed. That was very thoughtful and great customer service. The general care and compassion that everyone provided at MH Imaging was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the entire care team!"

"My visit to MH Imaging was a walk-in visit. My dad had orders from the VA to get sum images taken. Was greeted with a very warm happy welcome and explained what paperwork needed to be completed prior to imaging. This early Monday afternoon was fairly busy. We did take the last two seats. The wait was actually very short. My definition of being short was a 15 minute wait. The nurse that called my dad in was patient and very friendly. Overall for my first visit and the walk-in appointment was a very pleasant experience."
