"Nice little fishing pier with hiking trails, picnic tables, a historic brick building and an old S.S. wreckage. Watch as trains and ships go by. Hike up the Bull Valley trail for great views of the strait and also aftermath scaring of the scenic fire; 120 acres burnt."
"A nice pier with an old historic and sunken boiler or large machine from an old building or boat that was stained there. Popular for fishers, and nice views of the water and bridge."
"Lots of people fishing and pretty interesting place in general. Old buildings and this little area by the dock is small enclosed space took the dog out to walk in the area and then walked out to the beach area. Definitely safe beach area on the Delta."
"Had a great time down at the pier with my little daughter. We went down there to talk to the everyone fishing. Find out what kind of bait to use. Find out what there catching. Was talking with a gentleman and his son. Two real cool guys . And Mark the dad let my daughter reel in a silver bass while we were out there. Made my daughters day. So we went out and bought the gear out there. So we can go and fish for some silver bass. We also see someone catch and release a small shark. We can’t wait to go out and fish together. There is also a nice park to walk around or have a picnic. There’s trail to walk. Parking is close. Restroom up top by the trails, and down by the pier."
"Haha, go grilling with the fish you've fished! They're public restrooms and many tables where you can make a barbecue, you can bring your own mini grill or use the ones available. Go to the pier and scout , look at the now nonexisit train rail. The scenery is great and takes you to peace, take a breath in and enjoy the moment! Meadows and large grass fields for games."
