"Worst customer service I have dealt with in building a new home. I started working with Prestige in May this year, and still have not received a final plan. We communicated our wants for our kitchen and the sales rep did not make these updates. Be prepared to wait a minimum of two weeks for updated pricing if you make changes or the sales rep makes a mistake. Maybe you just need to be a Prestige client to receive quality customer service."
