I visited the store in the afternoon and Amy at the front desk immediately hooked me up with Jed in the appliance area who was very helpful. I went in with a list of refrigerator and dishwasher possibilities and he asked the right questions to help me narrow down the list. In the end, however, I went with a model that was not on my list but better met my needs and was a much better deal. With regard to the dishwasher, he initially showed me a great model with lots of great features but after some discussion we determined that I could actually buy a less expensive version of the same brand and still meet all my needs. I appreciated his candor and that there was no hard up sell to features I do not need. Jed matched price on both items and was very efficient in setting up my delivery.
