"I had an issue with my 6 year old Maytag dryer. Everything functioned but there was no heat. I called Mathus and was able to get a service tech out the very next morning at 7am!!!! He did an amazing job replacing the heating element and reassembling my machine in a matter of 25 mins. I had not used Mathus previously for service or purchase. I can tell you I will going forward! "Do good work however wouldn't warranty a recoil repair from last summer and that was with a $250 worth of repairs on a push mower. Having to pay over $30 to correct the recoil just fixed should have been warrantied. Especially considering all the other work done. Still nice people and decent work on the mower. I was back and forth on 3 or 4 star. Sorry, got 3 star due to lack of backing work. Otherwise would have been 5 star. I saw your reply. I'd like to believe you but it broke again last Sunday. I fixed it myself this time so I wouldn't have to pay you a third time. Dropping to a one star now after that 3rd repair and your rediculus comment. For the record my third repair included putting in all the bolts since many were missing from the prior repairs causing the failure."
