"Followup on June 14. Going forward with Apria, getting supplies on a regular schedule has been impossible. Apria has personally lied to me about a tube "being sent out", and has simply not responded to my increasingly enraged emails. I am intending to fire Apria and will continue to inform other people of how incredibly evil this company is. It's exhausting simply trying to describe the myriad ways in which Apria is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Previous review: I was ordered a PAP machine from Apria on June 9 2022. It took until November 4 to arrive. That's FIVE MONTHS. And now I need to switch out the mask - a rep said someone would call me TODAY - and there was NO call. Will it take another five months to replace the mask? I think Apria is a bitter, bitter joke. And of course the patient pays the price. Thanks for nothing."
"We were provided a lumbar traction device from this office, and they picked it up when we were done with it. However, every month since that time we've been billed for the device that we no longer have and the local office picked up. MANY calls to Apria billing have resulted in them confirming that they have the equipment back/returned, committing to stop billing us for this, and . . . the monthly billing continues. Evidently no one at this company knows how to solve this simple billing problem which has resulted in much wasted time for us and for Apria."
