"I would honestly give more stars if I could, first of all, I moved in here in December, Lannet (manager) is very welcoming, she is really nice and courteous, she is on it, everything I have asked for or requested, she has given it the importance even if it is a little thing. This place is very clean, maintenance is an everyday priority, no parking struggle, no drug environment, no weird people going through at all. I have little kids and although they do not tend to play outside, I still feel very safe here. I also want to mention how good looking the area is, and laundry rooms are very clean. Fernando (maintenance) is also very nice, he is constantly making sure everything is neat and in order, thank you, Angelina Terrace."

"First time living with my children in a complex I thought it wasn't gonna go well at all, but I love it, my kids love it! The new manager is awesome , she always makes sure whatever we need is immediately taken care of , never any negativity. (I heard the old one never took care of anything, I wasn't here for that) Also I read in another review about "gang members and drug addicts walking around the complex" I have yet to see anything close to that, I've been here almost a year. If that were the case my kids would not be allowed outside and we would move. Every single child here plays and gets along very well. My kids are happier here and don't want to move back into a single home. In regards to pricing, guess what, you're in San Diego county, it's expensive everywhere. This ain't 2003. Anyway, great work Lanette! You're awesome and the little events you do for the kids (and everyone else) is awesome."

"We have been living here for a little over a year, and property is great! This is a very peaceful Community that is kid friendly. New management is very responsive and attends all request in a timely manner. We are very excited to see all the new changes being made to the property."

"I have been a resident since February 2017, I have experienced nothing but positive attitudes from the Manager. The environment here is peaceful and the area is well maintained. The buildings are currently going thru an exterior renovation which will give the whole place a much needed face-lift. The laundry areas were recently renovated and I must say it was a job well done."
