"Small with so many roaches and trashy neighbors. Only a few good people"
"Lived here from 2007-2009 and the rent went from 680-740 while we lived there. I am APPALLED that the rent is over $1100 now. It's filthy, full of bugs. Two documented pedophiles lived there when I was there and one was photographed outside talking to a child. Whole complex is infested with cockroaches. Place needs to come to terms with what they are charging people for garbage."
"If it allowed it I would give no stars. There is violence all the time. The rent get raised a lot, and it is only a one bed room apt. This place is from when military used to live in it. Things are always breaking and getting fixed, almost like months then breaks again. There a bed bugs and cockroach infestation (very big) they are immune to the spray"bombing" because of how many times they have done it. Fights, cops always there. Termite damage. Don't move in. The rent amount is now $1,175. It is not a smoke free facility because the new rule they put into affect does not count the grandfathered in people. Very extremely dirty apartment complex."
"Worse possible place to live. All apartments are one bedroom. Newer apartments start at 1,100! It's not worth it. Don't recommend going here. Its small, cramped, and plenty roaches. Violence, drugs, and possible gang related activity. Management could careless for its tenets. They will move you to the back and throw you into all the bs and drama. Bikes have been stolen and fights have happened. There is no air conditioning. Also that you cannot even have a air conditioner. Which makes it just as unbearable during the hot summer. Also has a security gate in the front, which doesn't do anything to stop people who don't live here to come in. Also that those people are parking in spots they shouldn't be. It's been said they will be having 1 parking spot for each apartment. And that there is 100+ apartments. No single person can live in here with a full-time job. Maybe a long time ago you could but now it's not even a possibility."
