My mom fell ill one day upon having moved out and the management was so rude and had no compassion that one of their tenants could have been in need of help. They made my sister wait for over 5 hrs before calling medics and the assistant “manager” left the property after being notified a police was on their way to do a wellness check , she was supposed to have opened the apartment door for law enforcement... they’re so unprofessional and move all their family from Ensenada MX in subsidized housing ....they cheat the system"

"AMERIGROUP, REGENT UNI, CBN folks, BE WARNED!! First things first: Do not be fooled by the office staff! The main lady, Comedian Roberts is a piece of work!! She will try each and every trick to fool you into signing a lease and once your lease is up and if you are not signing another lease term, she will change her colors like a chameleon. She will start looking for ways to extort money out of you by any means she can. She is an ideal example of how unethical someone can be. She controls her staff like a slave-runner and she will direct them to charge anything outrageous 3 months after you move out. She is an expert in credit reporting and working with collection agencies. Their apartments have a nice location and are newer. But, keep in mind that they are also friggin expensive!! Even more expensive than much better communities in the area. On top of that, they don't even give complimentary washers and driers! They have hired a third party to rent you the washers and driers...so that they can get a cut of that appliance rental. After all these warnings, if at all if you have courage to sign the lease, make sure to carefully inspect the apartment first, and to keep the move-in inspection report with you. When you move out, Comedian will fool you by telling you that the carpet will be evaluated later. DO NOT AGREE to that! That is her way to charge you outrageous sums by claiming that carpet had to be replaced. Ask her to inspect the carpet right then and there!! DO NOT sign the paper agreeing to a later carpet inspection. Otherwise ask her in WRITING to be called when the inspection is scheduled...and ask her to show the carpet damage that she likes to claim 3 months after you move out."
