"The HOA has not put us in the safelist account for patrol one. Our cars have been towed 4 times now (over $1500 in towing fees) we contact the equity management company daily , and they always say they will call us back. The HOA refuses to contact us, and they are never available when we call. We have spoken with the emergency line, patrol one, and the tow company."

"I lived here almost 24 years. I loved it. The community is maintained at a very high level and I love that it is in the middle of town and is in a great location. When I moved I recommended that the Board of Directors find a new management company. Currently, the management company is First Service. First Service states they have good customer service; this is a lie as they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not return calls or emails. They do nothing unless they make a huge profit from it. They have little or no concern the the community; they only care about making a huge profit. When we were moving they gave us a parking violation for parking in back of our garage. They knew they were moving and that our garage was filled with boxes. They have done so many stupid things. The property manager for RDM will walk right by you and not bother to say "hi". First Service constantly hires property managers who do not know what they are doing and who do no do what they are asked to do. I noticed a few negative comments regarding the Board of Directors. If it were't for the Board, First Service would run down RDM. Please keep in mind, there are people who are not happy unless they are complaining. The majority of the community supports the Board. The Board is doing a great job!"

"The picture of the pool was staged. There aren't that many chair, no tables with shade, and the pool isn't heated. Certain HOA board members implemented parking restrictions which have detrimental to the owners and renters. Instead of hiring a security company to patrol the complex they hired a company to monitor the parking. Oh you are paying more than 1500 a month you're being ripped off. You would be better of buying a condo in another community."
