"Date of Visit: Nov 14, 2023 The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The beds are very comfortable with 4 pillows per bed. The air conditioner in our room was an old clunker that makes a tonne of noise but it cooled room quickly. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and bright. It has a 24 hr fitness centre with good equipment. Breakfast is cooked to order 3 menu options eggs & meat - they offer bacon or chicken sausage options. When you check in, make sure the front desk gives you enough breakfast vouchers for everyone in your party. The breakfast cook only cooks per ticket. I didnt know this, when i checked in i was only given 1 voucher but when i ordered 2 breakfasts i was only given 1. I had to explain and then got my breakfast, but it was clearly inconvenient. Breakfast area is very clean and bright, and updated. Coffee/ beverage & condiment station is well stocked. Free wifi Onsite free parking."

"Solid value for price. My expectations were low but were exceeded. Front desk was excellent when I checked in at 10.30pm. Brutal amount of Marijuana smell all throughout the halls and in our room all night. Breakfast was a nice touch being cooked to order, really enjoyed that."

"I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt compelled. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel when I’ve come to Madison for work and it totally exceeds expectations. It’s super inexpensive and it’s no frills, but the rooms are huge, immaculately clean, and it has everything I need. The shower is hot, the bathtub is huge, the beds are comfortable and I like that they use metal bed frames that don’t collect dirt and debris (unlike box springs that have a fabric covering that can be gross). The breakfast is great and after a long day at work or travel, it’s nice to just get a quick microwaveable meal or snack to have in my room. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Highly recommended."

"Terrible hotel experience. Stayed here this past weekend for two nights. Due to high demand, had to book this last minute and they marked up the price to be very expensive. When I showed up, the first room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Went to front desk. They offered a separate room for the first night but would need to switch to a different room for the second night, which would not work as I would be gone the entire day. Asked about a discount. They offered $30 off for the smoking room. Asked if they could do more than that. Front desk person called manager and they said ‘the price is the price’ and instructed me to call the manager and speak to them directly. Tried calling at that time and the manager did not pick up. Ultimately went with the other room for the first night. Of note, this hotel allows dogs. The room next to me had someone screaming in the room with a dog barking and sniffing at the door. Room was unclean. The bathroom was outdated. Toilet barely flushed. Shower water would not warm up enough. Bathroom door had water damage at the bottom of it and the shower curtain did not block water as it was a cheap cloth one. Couch in the room had dog hair under the cushions. Entire experience was unpleasant and not worth the money. This hotel is 1 star at most and would never recommend or stay here again. Price was a scam."
