"I would recommend not using this lawyer since they are super slow in response. The communication is not there and the attorney is constantly unavailable. He also talked about his other job during the intake meeting. We never was told what would happen after my parents got their visa and travel to the US. I had to contact the paralegal multiple times over many days to get them to respond to my emails. Immigration is a stressful matter and they just make it more stressful. My parents have been in the US for 3 weeks now and we still have not met with the lawyer as it was originally promised."
