"I just stayed there Saturday thru Monday and the employees are rude I took my 3 year old son swimming the pool said it closes at 11pm and this guy told my son and I that the pool closes at 9pm when there sign says clearly 11pm I will not ever stay there again the rooms suck and the people are rude don't ever stay at the daysinn and suites in kakaunna"

"We had a contract with this hotel to take special needs children to their pool because it's small and isolated. We got the kids into the pool and they were swimming when the manager of the hotel came in and told us we all had to leave. I inquired as to why and she said we had not paid to swim. I informed her that our company had a contract with them and the paperwork should be at the front desk. She didn't even bother to look for the paperwork and said we still needed to leave. So we had to get the kids repacked up and left. Very rude manager. Would not recommend this place to anyone as they're incredibly ableist. Who does that to special needs children? Avoid this place at all costs, they're probably selling drugs out the back."

"Sewage smell throughout entire property. Offered fifty dollar credit towards future stay to reconcile. Poor breakfast choice items."

"Had a really negative experience at this hotel. The heater in our room didn’t work nor did the microwave. My husband didn’t want to be hassled with changing rooms after we had been traveling all day, so we didn’t bring it to staff’s attention until check-out. We were awake most of the night due to excessive noise from inconsiderate people screaming at one another and likely doing meth in the room next to us. I would not recommend this hotel; it was over $100 for us to stay, and while that did save us a modest amount of money, it certainly wasn’t worth the aggravation. The hotel advertised “free breakfast”, but when we went out for breakfast well before closing time, they had one bagel set out. It felt so incredibly chintzy! Nothing like topping off an already frustrating stay!!!"

"What a clean hotel! I was unsure of what to expect with such a low price-point, but this hotel was very clean - especially the rooms. Speaking of the room, we had our own fridge and microwave!! The hard 'wood' floors were clean and much less grimy than typical hotel carpets. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, but not all up-in-our-stuff. The perfect hosts! Thank you for a wonderful stay."
