"I called in and ordered takeout & the food was delicious! We had the Golden Nugget and the Elk Burger and both were great and very well portioned. After I left, I reviewed my receipt to find I was charged a takeout fee for $1 AND an online ordering fee for $7.50, which doesn’t seem to fit since I called in my order & didn’t utilize an online platform. It would be nice to let customers know of this fee when placing my order, I would have opted to eat at the restaurant & allocate those dollars as a tip."
