"If I could I will not give any stars for this property, so , me and my husband apply this place spend $70 ($35) each for application , we both lives lamplighter Aparment 6 years, had no any rental issue with them , on time payment, and we had no any criminal problems, thinking this place little bit cheaper so we tried to apply, It took 2 weeks for waiting, keep called told me processing, i told them I wants cancel, then letter email to me : unfortunately can’t proved us , reason :(1).credit history to bad . (2) rental history . (3) criminal history. seriously ,We both leaving kaukauna more then 6 years, we had business in kaukauna and our history is clearly , very disappointed wasted $70 apply this place , no recommended , very ridiculous"

"Poor management. Lived here for 4 years. Property is deteriorating (had mold in ceilings and walls). Management painted over rather than repairing. Probably a health hazard. Will nickel and dime security deposit in order to keep as much money as possible. Apartments are outdated and they won’t replace anything. Had stuff falling a part all the time and appliances were from the 70s. Water is undrinkable and smells like sulfur several times a month. Would not recommend."
