"The husband of a woman who works at this leasing office was paid to let someone into the complex to literally trespass and stalk me. Tenants like to party here, I can literally hear people snorting lines at random hours down at the pool. I've had my neighbors tell me there are people climbing through the balconys into people's apartments. The mailboxes have been broken into several times."

"I have owned a unit here for five years and like it a lot. a bit noisy and dusty during a major renovation, but now the building is beautiful. updated security and public spaces plus free high speed internet. I also like that I have two assigned parking spaces and can see them from my front door. A number of the units are owned by foreign nationals on business, who use them only a few nights a year. This, to my mind, is a plus since the public spaces are fairly empty and the building isn't always buzzing with people coming and going."

"Been living here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. I'm renting a studio and live on the 4th floor facing Katella Avenue. Absolutely gorgeous sunset views from my balcony every night. Plenty of sun coming in for my plants. The only downside is hearing traffic as it goes by but otherwise, I LOVE living here!"

"there are many places in walking distance. visitor parking is limited (owners have their own space(s). hoa is actually pretty reasonable. nice pool, hot (warm) tub, game room (pool table & shuffle board), tv areas, 24 hr gym, & gated. it's condo living, I'm unsure why most people think this is similar to living in a single family home..."
