"The room for my fiancé and I were perfect, it even had a cute towel wrap in the sink area. I deeply appreciate the flexibility of check-in. The day of check-in, they called in the morning to double check with our time and told us if anything changes, and we can call to let them know. We had checked in later than expected and was able to call in to update them for the time with no problem at all. The service for check in was fast and easy and we got also 2 warm cookies, it was so delicious! The location was close to convenient stores and restaurants and also was a 20-25 minute walk to Disneyland, which was amazing!"

"Will never stay here again.. Was charged additional room charges and parking charges although we provided proof the items were paid for already.. Double charged for parking. Charged for room service that I didn’t order. Called and spoke to different managers multiple times.. Redirected to different managers without any response or willingness to refund the false charges.. I will be following up with a BBB complaint as well as a detailed CFPB complaint…. Business is about making things right. Not giving the people that keep you in business the run around…"

"The rooms were nice and the expected accommodations for this level of hotel. Access to the room by the app is still hit and miss. The hallway felt like an Arctic storm; freezing and windy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was typical convention food; tasteless and made with no love. Better to get breakfast at the cafe. The bar was cozy. Again it was the bartender that made the place feel good. The staff is the jewel at this hotel."

"The room was clean but smells kind of like no one been in there for a while (like food been in there on the sheet smell) the AC/ heater was not working very well. The coffee maker looks like not been cleaned for a long time when add water there's grease floating on top and so I have to clean it with hot water and brown coffee came out of it. I wish there's more toilet paper and tissues in the room. The cookies are nice though and gym water always out but at least you can kind of watch Disney fireworks. Parking needs a fee and check out was kind of slow."

"I had booked a room and found I needed one night less a month before going. I spent hours and hours on the phone only to be told I would have to cancel when I check in. When I went to check in, they couldn’t correct it either and said the reservations manager would have to fix it the next day. I never heard from the reservations manager the next day so I messaged the hotel and they said he would cancel the night but not return my points. I explained the whole situation (way longer than this) and was told to email the reservations manager. I don’t know why he can’t pick up a phone and call me, but apparently that’s too much to ask. Anyway, I sent an email and three days later still haven’t heard anything or received my points refund. As far as the facility, the outside and main lobby of the hotel are beautiful, but the rooms are outdated. The sofa was old and visibly sinking. The black out on the back of the curtains was peeled off and made them look like cottage cheese at night. They came in and cleaned but there were still crumbs in the floor so they hadn’t vacuumed. There also weren’t towels at the swimming pool and when they brought some, half of them were literally washcloths. However, the beds were comfortable and the restaurant was great."
