"WARNING: Bio-Hazard Room Came here from NorCal after a 6+ hour drive. Upon arrival, the place looks nice and fairly welcoming. Once we checked in and started unpacking a bit while looking around the room a bit. After looking around the room a bit, we found a bag with used sex products and opened condoms. After the initial disgust, we went down to the front desk and explained the situation. We got a new room and received compensation of free parking for our stay. When I returned from the trip, I checked my credit card statements and they charged me the full stay of parking. I gave them a call and met with a change of tune regarding compensation and I only get 1 night of free parking. The manager was supposed to call me back within a few hours of the call, but doesn’t look like they care. From my understanding, the hotel management only sees a potentially life changing STD worth one night of free parking. Needless to say, I don’t need to come back after this experience. Disgusting rooms and even worst service. Update: Called for assistance regarding the charge and received an ADDITIONAL charge as a result. The hotel’s customer service has been one headache after the next."

"Very good hotel for families visiting Disney Land. The hotel has plenty to do with its pool area/movie nights and the breakfast has a lot of options. The rooms worked well for our family staying here for an extended stay with a kitchenette. I haven't seen other reviews mention this but there's an Anaheim transit bus stop for the #12 route right outside of the hotel that is very convenient for getting to and from the park. It stops fairly often and only has one additional stop on the way to the park and goes directly from the park to the hotel for return trips. Tickets for a family of four are $20/less for a full day depending on your ages."

"Great customer service, we had an issue with timing and they were very accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. We got the king bed with bunk bed and that was a nice touch, as it has an additional room with a door separating it from the bedroom. Pool area is large and the water slides are a nice addition for younger kids. Breakfast is the morning is plenty good and filling."

"Hotel was clean, open spacious and offered many room choices and amenities for families. Staff was helpful and friendly! Edith at breakfast time was so warming with her beautiful smile and great disposition. Felt like we were being greeted by family each morning. Complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices. Adult and kid friendly. Rooms were spacious and nice. Had a scooter and everything worked and fit beyond comfortable. Great week long vacation. No worries. Area was clean and felt safe and shuttle to parks was so easy. Thank you for making our vacation a great memory! We will definitely come back."
