"These apartments are a scam, when they show them to you they look nice but they give them to you without checking them, they gave it to me with the air conditioning ruined, the elevator breaks down very often you have to take your clothes down the stairs to wash them and also the purchased ones If something is ruined, they don't give it priority and they take a long time to fix it. They gave me my apartment in March with the roof ruined when it rained and the water got in and they also gave it to me without air conditioning in March, they fixed it for me until August, They take you into the water for maintenance very often, they break into the parking lots, and no one is responsible, they are supposed to have cameras and codes but anyone who enters will steal the packages they leave in front of the door, anyway, this place is not a good option to live in, they are expensive and old, everything gets ruined as soon as they are painted, but the bathrooms and showers get clogged out of nowhere because of how old the pipes are. They are a housing fraud."

"Garbage place literally The Manager is horrible nothing gets fixed Parking is a joke and the Pool thing really I mean the place at 1522 Bush Street is better it has a nicer pool and you get your own garage"

"Horrible place,has a pool that don't let us get in because they're gonna take it off but they said that years ago and it's still there to this day,they don't fix anything,I have to do it myself, elevator doesn't work."

"This place is garbage. "Pool" If you could call it that doesn't work. The parking structure underneath gets flooded when it rains. The location results in an abundance of trash around the complex. You get charged every which way for parking. The place where you throw away your trash is horribly stained black from garbage and above all else, the manager goes out of her way to make sure she can charge you for anything and or prevent you from doing anything beneficial for yourself. Avoid this place at all costs. It has cockroaches and the rent recently went up"
