Park Tower Apartments

"I wanted to share our personal experiences wife and I had living at Parktower Apartments! All I can say is our experience is very positive. We loved the privacy and that the front entrance requires a code. Maintenance team was always making sure the community is well maintained, if we had an issue they would respond right away. Luis the Manager for the community is the best manager one can ask for he was attentive and always greeted us by name. You can tell someone cares by how you are greeted and how attentive they are. Luis has been the best thing that has happened to Parktower, he really cares in making the community safe and comfortable! We highly recommend Parktower! The location is great because it’s close to stores, mall and places to eat so great location! -Ulysess"

"Leasing office is always closed. I have emailed and entered maintenance requests more than once into their portal and no response. I have called Luis and Sal more than once and still no response. This is a very horrible place to live in. There's always noise after 10pm during the week, there's kids running around making noise. When you call the leasing office there's no answer. I regret so bad moving here. I have emailed the manager about extra parking for rent and no answer. I have had more than 4 tickets ($300) since I moved here, for parking outside on the street. They should at least provide with extra parking here. I advise people not to rent here. Also the lease rent says one price and when you pay on their portal it has a different rental amount. very unprofessional people here. Workers start working very early in the morning without giving notice to tenants. They also shut the water without notice. ****very horrible place and staff** can't wait to move out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (also laundry it's most of the time not working and out of service)"
