"the landlord really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking adequate. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. The maintenance guys are very good...they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time."
"They still haven't fixed the water leaking issues that the past maintenence guys told the manager about around 5 years ago. The apartments themselves get soaked in water year after year and the owner still hasn't fixed it. From what I know to, the cameras are just duds. They keep increasing rent and don't upgrade the buildings. Any new tenants should be aware that the manager/owner just brushes off every critical apartment critique."
"These apartments are horrible. I would like to know why there never is guest parking every time I try to go visit a friend who is disabled. And why every time I go the elevator doesn't work. I have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Those stairs are FILTHY and smell like urine, my shoes literally get stuck to the floor. I believe management has been notified repeatedly about the condition of the elevator and stairs, but they either take weeks to fix or aren't fixing anything because it has been ongoing. I feel bad for my friend, wish she could just break her lease and move the hell out."
"Disgusting. Dirty ass hallways, elevator smells like piss. So do the stairways. Loud neighbors, kids screaming bloody murder and cussing up a storm outside and in the hallways until 10pm every night. And I hope you like roaches because no matter how clean your apartment is they just keep showing up to check in at the Cockroach Inn. Oh and then the rats thst moved in recently and you can hear inside the walls at night! We are out of here!"
