They were told on numerous occasions. Manager was NEVER in the office when needed. Kids were allowed to ride bikes and skateboards through the complex. neighbors were loud. Avoid this place!! When we left we were charged for normal wear and tear. Left our apartment immaculate and was told it wasnt"
