"The updates seemed nice and made everyone optimistic that positive change was on the horizon, but honestly, the new management is actually worse than the previous. It seems impossible but is somehow true. Plumbing repairs that were supposed to take 4-5 days are still leaving my apartment without a working shower ONE MONTH later, people are coming in and out of my home at random for four straight weeks with no actual communication of when the work will be done, and we’ve been forced to leave our home for several hours on numerous occasions. They’ll leave the door open when we have dogs, they’ve scraped up our floors, money has been stolen from our wallets… we’ve been incredibly patient but it’s gotten to the point where we can no longer allow people to subject themselves to these slumlike conditions under the belief that this is a tolerable place to live. They simply do not know what they’re doing or don’t care. Avoid at ALL costs… if moving wasn’t such a hassle, we’d be gone tomorrow."

"The apartment has come a long way from when it was owned by a different company. The Apartments are very well built and neat. Also the environment is beautiful, And the apartment is still getting more and more upgrades. With new signs be added recently i’m sure much more is on the way."

"Don't pay attention to the old reviews. The complex was sold about 1.5 years ago, and since then, a new team manages it. John is amazing, and super helpful. The maintenance staff is on point, and they have really been focusing on fixing this place up."
