"Worst Management, Raccoon roaming around, On Site Manager not friendly at all, Rent was raised expecting good service but Any response by management got deteriorated. Not worthy. Both Managers including Sony / Montana are not friendly in communications."

"This has become a small zoo with wild animals like raccoons and possums, there’s also lizards , aggressive squirrels everywhere. Manager (Mantana) on site is of NO HELP and talks so rudely as if she doesn’t care about tenants and their problems or as if you are living in HER Building for free of cost"

"Kids play everywhere. Maintenance is pathetic. You get so much noise if you are on 1st floor. Flooring is so pathetic even if someone walks you hear loud noise. Laundry machines are ancient.. would trash your cloths.."

"Beware it's a bug friendly apartment and some times bed bugs too. No security for the cars and the sometimes the gate is left open. Lived here for four years and the bugs come very often even though the maintainence guys fumigate our apartment every year. For that I need to clean my kitchen and leave the home the whole day. The fumigation process is so piosonous and I often get headache due to that. We stopped bringing friends to our home becoz of the bugs."

"Decent place. Extremely curt manager Montana. My electricity bills were running crazy for very mediocre usage and when checked the transducer or something was faulty which caused the issue that costed me a loss of $250 over 6 months. When confronted after a long argument she flatly offered a $125 credit and asked me to take it or leave it and blamed me that I should have spoken to neighbors to knw the average electricity cost for 2 ppl and found it earlier. RIDICULOUS SHE IS.Quarters in laundry machines often get stuck and you lose lot of quarters there and no one cares.Extremely noisy with majority of Indian community kids running amuck all time, no action for that as well. Apts on outside facing road dnt have any security.Maintenance is done mostly on the same day.One good thing is they deducted only $100 from deposit afyer I cleaned the house well at the time of vacating."
