"If you value customer service...stay somewhere else. Staff here, Nicole the manager, is unwelcoming and rude. Horrible attitude. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile. Does not know how to speak to guests Update: Management is lying. To say that I am not a good guest is 100% false. Also good reviews are fake and solocited. The staff personally asked me to write a fake good review for them. Awkward. RAMADA DO NOT TRY TO GASLIGHT YOUR GUESTS FOR YOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Rooms were dated. We got 2 rooms, and 1 was updated but had an intense fresh paint smell, but they were clean. Don't waste your 10 bucks on breakfast. You would do better at McDonald's or something else. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Basic, but very clean and inexpensive pet-friendly hotel. Staff is kind and very helpful. It’s our go-to dog-friendly hotel when we’re in the South Bay visiting family. The location on PCH in South Torrance is close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend!"

"This was a terrible hotel, they did not communicate when i was extending my stay so they woke me up on my one day off a week and i was working nights. I was there for a month, and my rates fluctuated but some how magically my rate went down as soon as i complained about the 400 dollar increase. Shady. The only saving grace was the awesome room service ladies. The front desk needs an attitude check because they are the rudest most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with. I will never stay there again."

"I booked this hotel above others in the area because it offered a free breakfast per their Google listing. Unfortunately, their free breakfast was ended months ago and no one has bothered to update the listing. Instead of being nice about the misunderstanding, several staff members made me feel stupid for not knowing their breakfast buffet is now a ridiculous upcharge (and not worth the money they are charging). I understand the free breakfast ended a while ago, but how are guests supposed to know that when the hotel continues to falsely advertise this amenity?"
