"Please do yourself the biggest favor and do not live here under any circumstances. I truly did not want to write this because I never am one to write negative reviews. I wont go into serious detail but they treated me like the biggest hassle when I asked very rarely for any sort of help in with even the smallest of things. They simply don't want to do any part of their job. Seem to only be out to steal your money, then ignore your existence and try to gaslight you. They are unprofessional, unkind and will charge you like crazy any chance they can. Many hidden fees and charges as well so do not plan on staying long, they will push you and your sanity right out the door. They sadly care zero percent about you, your livelihood or wellbeing. I've lived in LA for 12 years and this is the first place Ive ever felt compelled to warn others to avoid. I honesty hope it helps."

The management has also been very friendly and accessible. Amir has been very helpful. There is on site security that makes the building feel safer. Overall it has been a great building to live at. Firstly, the street noise is unbearable and can disrupt even the heaviest sleepers. Ear plugs? Forget about them! Be prepared for sleepless nights, as the loud street noise persists well into the early hours of the morning. Yes, we're talking about disturbances that can last until 2-3 am. Adding insult to injury, the management at G8 Apartment is utterly negligent. They seem to have no regard for the well-being of their tenants. If you happen to have a broken fixture in the unit, consider yourself "lucky." Attempt to request a fix multiple times and simply enjoy the indefinite wait, as it may never get repaired even before you move out. The poor maintenance reflects the lack of professionalism and attention to detail within the management team. Furthermore, the front desk staff are nothing but mere puppets. You can go ahead and ask them for anything, but anticipate a 99% chance that they'll direct you to the manager, Holly, who is consistently rude and disrespectful. She'll dismiss your complaints with a dismissive and condescending attitude. Have you heard of the frog that lived in a shallow well? Yes, that's what a snob looks like. To sum it up, spare yourself from a world of frustration and disappointment by avoiding G8 Apartment. Heed my words, and you won't regret making a different choice."
