"I love the area HOWEVER I've noticed there are pest regardless of how clean you may be, your neighbor may have them causing it to be a continuous problem. The maintenance service is horrible, they're very slow on completing what they said they will, I've had multiple leaking problems and asked for them to fix it but they take weeks to arrive. Water leaking from the kitchen is extremely hazardous, they have "fixed" it before, just for it to return literally 2 weeks later. Now these is the biggest issue we're experiencing and it's effecting a lot of residence, not just us. The mail box is ruined. Its been ruined for about roughly 8 months and my family and I have waiting on some very important mails just for us to never receive them because once again, its ruined. We've asked the office to repair it because its very needed and all they said is "we're working on it" now I understand it can take a while but please explain how it takes 8 months and it stays the same. Horrible service."
"STAY AWAY. I would give 0 star if I could. Currently lived here for past year, and will count it as THE WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. Management is not cooperative. Loud environment with lots of noise (dogs and kids). Cockroaches everywhere, literally in your food sometimes. Had kitchen sink flooded and manager held me accountable for the damages, so they might deduct off my security deposit. My lease was also up a few months back and I had given written notice but they kept me in for longer due to them “not receiving” my notice. I’m on the verge of sueing due to place being uninhabitable and when addressing issue(s), you get put through with such a hard headed manager who WILL NOT comply. It’s as if management does not care about tenants, all they care about is the monthly rent they acquire. See below for pictures, be advised, it’s NOT livable. Go anywhere else, but please DO NOT lease with Rancho Solana. By the way, rent is crazy. Might as well spend an extra 100$/200$ and get a better place. I currently moved to The Artisan at East Village. Loving it there while rent is only 60$ more than Rancho. Love the management and love the newly renovated unit. Also has AC and a personal 1 car garage. But please stay away from Rancho once again."
"I've lived here for a year, we used to have a great manager. But, she currently left. And is now replaced by a much younger, 20 something male. Who, sits inside thee office, and keeps it locked all day. Doesn't give you any legal notifications of water being shut off by the city. And very rude and semi aggressive as a manager. Moving out this summer!"
"The new Manager Sandra is really making great positive changes to the property and it’s starting to look and feel a lot better! We don’t see anymore troublemakers like before. Our fence is getting repaired and our children can play outside again! Thank you Sandra for caring about our community."
