"Absolute wonderful place to live. Have lived in Vespaio for about 2 years, and I have many good things to say. Move-in: Super smooth process and they were pretty quick with communication. Location: Super close to the caltrain, so if you use it to commute, it’s super convenient. Right across the street from wholefoods (which has saved me numerous times while cooking) and a short drive away from a strip mall that has target, TJs, michael’s, petsmart. Staff: All super pleasant to speak to and always eager to help. Sara, Toni, Paula and Amir really make the community super welcoming. They also host monthly breakfasts for residents which is nice. Apartments: Building was built in 2020/2021 I believe so pretty new and very nice inside. Really spacious, new fridge/stove/microwave. We’ve only had minor maintenance issues here and there but they’ve been resolved quickly. The building also has Fiber internet so the speed is pretty good. Also we have never had a single package go missing, with the use of luxor lockers. We’ve even had things delivered straight to the door and left there for hours with no worry. "I recently moved to San Jose from Santa Cruz and Vespaio was one out of probably fifteen apartments I viewed. Hands down, Vespaio had the BEST customer service. Toni and her team are amazing! Some apartments can be slow in responding to you which can be really frustrating when you have ample amount of options, but Vespaio can get you moved in ASAP, and they call/email promptly. I had some apartments that would NOT leave me alone but Vespaio was not like this, if I ever was working and could not respond, they would try once more and then give it a break. The interior of the apartments are incredibly stunning with a ton of natural light compared to many of the other apartment buildings in the area (many of them feel like dungeons). Thank you Vespaio for all of your help!"

"Had a good experience living here until we moved out. Slapped with cleaning fees (eventhough we had it cleaned by professionals) basically taking out almost all of the deposits, and what remained was never returned to us despite sending emails around the reason for the charges and requesting the deposit. We had a very important document basically cleaned out of the mailbox when we moved out, we do understand that we should have done a better job at communicating with the property about this document arrival, However they stressed that they never cleaned up the mail box post our move out, this wasn't true as we did go and check the mailbox at a later date and it was all empty."

"I've been a resident at Vespaio for nearly two years. Despite the significant noise from the nearby railroad, I want to express my appreciation to Sara, the property manager. Without her hard work and attention to the tenants, I would have moved away a year ago. Unfortunately, I now require a three-bedroom apartment, so I'll be relocating by the end of October. While there are areas in the property that could benefit from updates, having an excellent management team is the most valuable aspect of renting. Thanks to Sara and her staff, their dedication outweighs any other issues. Sara, please continue your outstanding work; Vespaio would be below average without you. I hope the management recognizes the exceptional job you've been doing!"
