"I took my son to this office location, and just arriving at the door made me feel uncomfortable. The door was locked, and you need to knock for them to let you in as if it was some sketchy bussniess going on. The rug in the waiting area was disgusting, and they hand you a 15 page book to fill out while you wait as if your going to be there for hrs waiting. I walked out immediately. I wish this pediatric office took their job seriously and made sure their floors were clean since parents are bringing in their children and they weren't so sketchy. I'm not bringing my son back here."

"This place is a great place the doctor is amazing and always helps my son! The staff are nice and when my baby gets his shots they offer candy or sometimes would give him a toy. Don't judge places because they don't meet your expectations! Don't like it go somewhere else! ☺️"

"The doctor is amazing ! She takes her time with your children , listens to all your concerns and does not make you feel rushed as many other pediatrics doctors do . The staff was also very kind , so glad I found this office !"

"The building is very old and looks Abandoned ,besides it being very old they Do NOT take care of their facility and gave up ! Don’t care to make it welcoming for its patients! So sad to see this doctor office like a beat up jail cell with old ripped up posters, beat up blinds and chairs , I have never seen such a neglecting pediatric facility like this one . Especially for it to be located in loma Linda only, 6 chairs super tight spaces in the lobby , the floor feels likes it’s about to fall apart ! The doctor was nice and attentive but sadly the facility is not taken care of especially for it to be a kids “doctor” office so disappointing ."

"Pros- The staff at this office go out of there way to help you on anything you need. You will get an amazing doctor. She is unlike other doctors who are in a hurry- they give you 5-10 minutes during your visit .This doctor takes as much time and care as necessary. She is excellent in every way. You will not find a better pediatrician in San Bernardino County including Loma Linda. She is a very special human being that takes her job as a doctor very seriously and shows great care with every child. Cons- The main office is on the small size and that can be uncomfortable. Wait times can go over if more child care time is needed with a patient. But remember that patient that needed more time could be yours one day. Don’t let that distract you from the top rated doctor you will get ! She is worth the wait."
