"I showed up @8:30 am and was waiting till 1-2pm in the afternoon just to be taken back to a room. If your children is in series pain don’t bothering taken them here you’ll be waiting for hours and hours."

"I took my child to the emergency room. We waited over 5 hours and we were never seen by a provider. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever experienced for an emergency care. For the 5 hours we waited no one ever came to check on my child. We ended up leaving. Terrible service and I will not return here again."

"We took our daughter here after she fell and hit her head and started vomiting the next day. They got us in and checked out quickly. All staff were so warm and kind to our daughter and made her feel so comfortable."

"Drove from Hemet to Loma Linda children's E.R. thinking she was going to be seen quick we have been waiting 4hrs and nobody has checked her I just want to get up and leave and continue to wait in the ER close by home I just feel I made the super bad choice thinking this E.R would be better boy was I wrong. Second time here hopefully it's the last I think I rather drive 1.5 hours to san diego where I feel they would be more efficient."
