"I would give 0 stars if I could. This hospital killed my brother. He was scheduled an embolization and they performed it not knowing he had a stroke. They found out after the procedure. How do you not perform mri/ct scans before doing something like this? When asked they were dumbfounded. It was an “error”. They’re so disorganized. One particular nurse was so disgusting. She let my brothers temp rise to 106 degrees before finally giving him medication. It took her an hour!!!! This hospital kills. I wish I could turn back time. Whoever runs this hospital should be ashamed. You doctors and nurses take an oath to care for your patients. But all u do is chit chat while patients are literally dying. The doctors can’t even communicate with each property. Telling us my brother is dead and nothing can be done. Having us grieve when there are options!!! I despise you all so much"
"I'm very disappointed with the treatment that I received. They forced me to get 2 IV bags and my heart rate went up 140 beats to 210 beats a minute and they tried to put me on heart medicine and strapped me to a gurney. I went there solely to get my ear checked, and they called me back and the doctor took 8 hours to come check my ear, and I went for my heart rate as well because I thought I had a reaction to the ear drops that I was taking. They had me take an ekg, and I told the nurse that nothing was wrong when I took the last one, and she said we'll see about that. All they did was lie and try to impose their will on me and I didn't like that at all. The doctor met with me and didn't even disclose the EKG results with me and ran all these other tests on me that were unnecessary, and tried to say that I had diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure and other things that I don't even have. So I got my discharge papers and left. She threatened to leak my medical records if I didn't do what she wanted."
"First and foremost I want too thank all the nurses and staff that cared for my mother on her Month long stay here at Loma Linda hospital but this hospitals procedure s and plan of actions need to be done differently. It seemed like everyday we were explaining my mother’s situation to different doctors and nurses and everyday we were getting half answers from them . One day they would tell us she needed radiation then the next day a new doctor would say she needed chemo. Then all of a sudden they were trying too discharge her while she was still in disabling pain from the tumors. This hospital had my mom call for her own transportation home and she couldn’t even sit in the wheelchair. The company that was able too pick her up from the hospital said “why isn’t the hospital calling them “ her nurse heard him and walked out . I’m just asking for this hospital to put themselves in our situation what if it was your mom in pain ? What if your mom had tumors and they still wanted you to go home ? How would you feel if it was your family member being treated like this?"
"It is unfortunate that we had to come here due to a serious illness of our loved one. It would been much better to experience the new hospital under ceremonial, educational, or business reasons. That said, we are so Blessed to be in one of the Most advanced and most accredited hospitals on the West Coast. Everyone here, Honestly, is so wonderful. Their GOD centered medical education and business stewardship has allowed this place to shine for so many decades. Thanks To all of you for what you have done, are doing, and will be doing for our Inland Empire Community. Blessings to all of you!!"
"Very patient friendly staff. Advance heart center. I was given an Echocardiogram 2-D w color and Doppler and blood work. Took me less the 1 and a half hour to complete everything. It’s a huge hospital and very modern. The google app got me there from San Diego to Loma Linda hospital parking lot without any problems."
