"The front desk service from the guy working at 9:30 pm on Saturday was horrible. He was rude with every response and I just asked if I could use the hot tub for 10 bucks like I always have but apparently they don’t do that on a Friday or Saturday anymore according to him. He told me I have to be a member which would be 45 bucks a month plus an additional 25 since on top of that. So if I wanted to use the hot tub just for the last hour and a half I would’ve had to pay 70 dollars lol."

"Was not very happy. Our shower never got warmer then Lukewarm at best. We came there for a girls gymnastics meet and made sure ahead of time that breakfast was at 6am so the girls could be to Premier gymnastics by 7am for the meet,well breakfast was not ready at 6am and I was told that it is served at 6:30 not 6 like we were told on at least 3 occasions when we asked. The girls had to go to the meet without eating. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Won't be staying at that location again!! Stephen and Rebecca Nelson room 306 January 26th 2024"

"The front desk woman was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Even with construction going on the hotel was very clean and the accommodations for our family of 5 was excellent. Pool was nice and breakfast was really good!"
