River Town Heights | An Ecumen Living Space

River Town Heights is a welcoming institution located at 201 South Adams Street in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin, United States. Our affordable housing apartments are perfect for individuals who are 62 years or older, or 18 and older with a disability, and are living on limited income within HUD guidelines. You will only pay about 30 percent of your income to live in our comfortable and convenient living spaces.

Our friendly housing staff is available to give you a tour, explain the application process, and estimate your monthly rent. If you ever need personal assistance or nursing care, our Service Coordinator is there to support you and help you stay in your apartment for as long as possible.

The lower level of River Town Heights offers handicapped-accessible apartments with a private, street-level entrance, while the upper level provides senior living apartments with a private, street-level entrance as well. Our goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive community for all residents.
