Forest Heights | An Ecumen Living Space

Forest Heights | An Ecumen Living Space is a HUD apartment complex located at 408 Tower Road in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Offering a comfortable and friendly living environment, Forest Heights provides 24/7 security at the main entrance. All units are one-bedroom, with two handicapped-accessible units available.

If you are 62 years or older, or 18 or older with a disability and living on limited income within HUD guidelines, you will only pay about 30 percent of your income to live in one of our River Town Heights affordable housing apartments. Our housing staff is available to give you a tour, explain the application process, and estimate your monthly rent.

Should you ever need personal assistance or nursing care, our Service Coordinator is on hand to support you in staying in your apartment for as long as possible. Each apartment features a bay window in the living room, a modern kitchen with appliances, and bathrooms with walk-in showers. Pull cords for emergencies are available in every room.

Laundry facilities are provided free of charge, and a community room with a full kitchen is available for tenant events and family parties. Extra storage is also offered for tenants, and with prior approval, pets are allowed. Cable TV hook-ups are available in each apartment.
