"I'm finally clarifying this rating after over a year. I was a resident of the Enclaves for years before the current management took over. I would have given the old management 3.5 or 4 stars. New management refurbished all of the units, and forced most of the residents out. My partner and I were the only residents who could afford to stay after this change and the huge rent increase. Unfortunately, we were moved from our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom unit to a new, tiny 2 bedroom shoebox across the complex that clearly used to be a one bedroom before they redid it. While all of the modern upgrades were nice, they definitely skimmed details in the rush to redo all the apartments (for example: the bathroom cabinet was installed backwards, so you could not open the cabinet unless the door was open, it took them months to add screens to our windows, months to paint our balcony to match the other units, etc). Also, I'm not sure why, but the garbage was no longer picked up weekly. It would sometimes take up to 3 weeks for the garbage to be picked up, which led to disgusting odors and nasty critters. This was all very strange considering our rent increased by several hundred dollars a month (and this was WITH a one-year discount for being a previous resident). The reason I'm writing this after all this time even though I haven't lived there for over a year now is because I've been getting notifications from them recently. I've been trying to reach someone for two and a half weeks via phone and email about this, and I have yet to year back from anyone. Based on these other reviews, I'm not the only one dealing with their unresponsiveness. In short, these apartments were much cheaper and more spacious before the current management took over. The current units are way overpriced, and the customer service is horrible. Also like all property management companies, they up the saturation on their photos to make it seem brighter and less dingy. Don't be fooled."
"We received an invitation to view the apartment, but nobody was there to show us around. We then hung around for half an hour and nobody showed. We couldn’t find a working number to reach a single rep. Speaks to how available they would be there for residents."
