"There is not very much seating in the inside and it's a very small space. Luckily it was a nice day outside, so we ate there. The Lulu plate was very good. Great seasoned beef matched perfectly with the rice. The chicken gyro was just okay. I like having tzatziki sauce in the gyro and it was not present. Instead, they make theirs with a sauce similar to mayonnaise, so I don't recommend that unless you prefer a more mayo flavor. Overall, good service and sizeable portions."
"Went to this quaint, cute little cafe for lunch and our party of 4 had the lula kebab, beef and grilled chicken wraps, Greek salads, hummus and I had the soujouk. Everything was delicious and the owner/chef who waited on us was super friendly and happy to explain anything we didn't understand about the menu. The desserts were fire as well!"
"This food is delicious! I love Mediterranean food and have tried many restaurants and this one is probably the best in Pasadena. The lula kabob was juicy and flavorful and the rice was tasty. This is a mom and pop restaurant and they were very kind. The prices for the meals are also great. It’s no more than Zankou but the quality here is actually worth it."
"In eras like this — food like this has become few and far in between. Excellent dine or to go option. Reasonable prices, clearly a community staple. This spot blew my mind."
"Their Falafel is fantastic!!! We got a side of it with the Chicken Kebab Plate. The Falafel looks like fried donuts and has the perfect crispiness to it and tastes so good with their garlic sauce and hummus!! Their pita bread was so warm and soft and complimented everything well. The rice they use is delicious and flavored and textured so well!! We sat outside but unfortunately fell victim to some mosquitoes. It is a nice setting outside with their lights and you get a little view of the mountain. The small disco light was a little too much though. Service is a little lacking only cause it’s a couple running things. We asked for water (and we had biked here so I was extra thirsty) and after 10min, had to ask again. I also noticed the lady owner talk a lot to the big group that came after us and we never got any acknowledgment (just a “how are things tasting” would have been nice cause I was ready to compliment!)."
